I recently hired Devin to reside my house and replace the front door, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Devin was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Devon was amazing! Our home looks brand new! Devon was professional and friendly. Devin came out to give us an estimate when most contractors were too busy to deal with us or were too far away. He came out quickly to give us an estimate and started the project right on time. His price was competitive and the quality of work is exceptional. With all the rain we've had my skylights don't leak! He's coming back to install a new door to the deck soon. He even cleaned up so well that you can't even tell he was here. Working with Devon to complete the roofing project was essentially painless. A very good communicator and hard-working individual, Devon was patient and kept his schedule open as we worked out preliminary issues prior to the work beginning, and then kept me up to date as work began and progressed to completion. He also sent pictures and short videos as well which were important as I was in a different part of the country during most of the work. While there are always hiccups along the way, the process was very good and I will be connecting with Devon again in the near future for more work to be done. I suggest you do the same.

DMM did a very good job hanging crown molding. They showed up on time, and cleaned up their working area after completing a day of work. If you have a job like mine you should consider having DMM look at the job for a quote. I would use them again!

Devon did an excellent job. He cares about doing the job right and is very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and now have maintainence free fascia, barge boards and shadow boards. I plan to use him again for other projects and would highly recommend DMM Siding, Roofing, Etc.

DMM did an excellent job. They came on schedule. They were careful with the landscaping, and they cleaned up when finished. They also documented with pictures the original roof (barn board) as well as their completed job. DMM does careful work and is fully insured.

His price was fair and he got the job done quickly, taking care to tackle the little challenges that came up on our 200-year-old house to make sure the job was done right. It went very sell considering it was done during the Covid-19 lock-down. The shingles were special order and the promised delivery dates kept being delayed. DMM persisted and since I was not there at the time, Devon kept me informed of the status and progress by emailed photos. They also had to contend with the changeable weather and some cold days of April in NH. The result was a quality job and looks great. The result also has a warranty.

Devon repaired a torn boot around the bathroom pipe coming out of our metal roof. He also sealed some cracks in our chimney. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He took pictures of everything. We are extremely happy with Devon’s work. We highly recommend him!
