We hired Joe to perform repairs to our front entrance as well as installing a storm door. We can't say enough how extremely meticulous and conscientious Joe was in completing each item. Joe did a phenomenal job! Joe's quote was also very reasonable. Last but not least, Joe (as an added favor)...
Marquis Roofing showed up exactly on time and on the same day as requested. They were very polite and straight forward. I needed to have a shingle replaced that had blown off the highest peak of my roof in a recent storm. He replaced the shingle on the spot and for a very reasonable price....
I called around for estimates and some responded and some didn't. I called Hanover Hill and Bill responded very quickly. He came measured the windows and sent me a written estimate. I sent the deposit and before you know it the windows were ready and they came and installed them. Timing...

"We met Dan months before the project was scheduled to start and he knew our deadline was 7/9 when our first weekly vacation renter was due to arrive. Our main issues were: He was a week late starting Didn't show up on several days (had to take his son to get his COVID shot, several days it was too hot, heavy traffic, etc) Ignored my detailed instructions/drawings and we lost time because he plumed a double vanity for only 1 sink, told us we could buy any standard shower door from Lowe's only to learn AFTER the shower had been framed that it required a custom built door, forgot to tile the accent color stripe in the shower, miscalculated the amount of shower tile needed requiring me to drive 3 hours RT to purchase extra tile and deliver it to him. Skim coat on the ceiling was done poorly, the door to the bathroom didn't open all the way so we had to hire someone after Dan left to shave it down for us. He was supposed to finish by July 9th and didn't finish until Sept 9th!!!! had to give renters $3000 off because they had no toilet or shower. I split the difference with him and took $1500 off his bill and he was not happy. I should have taken the entire amount off. He might be OK for smaller jobs, but he is not focused enough and doesn't work a full day (usually 8 AM -1 PM) or even a full week. If he takes work outside of NH, he should have his plumbing/electrical license so he doesn't have to rely on outside contractors. We suffered because he didn't hold ME licenses and wasn't well connected w/ local contractors in ME."
