Garon-Teed Roofing

He took pictures of both pipes and showed us the cracking around the base of the pipe. It was nice to see it on his phone. The previous person who supposedly fixed it did not do it correctly. After giving us a price he went out and got the parts and repaired it the same day. He also showed us pictures of the repair. Very polite. We would definitely call them again.

Marc was fantastic. I had called a number of roofing companies because the work needed to be done quickly and he was one of the few that actually called me back, and he was responsive throughout the whole process. When he was here to do the work, he walked me through what was going to be done to make sure I understood, and then he got it done very quickly and it looks great! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I found them on Angies' list. I asked for a quote. Mark Garon quoted it using Google earth - he didn't even have to come to my house. He is an hour away, so that makes sense. When I said I was interested in going to the next step, he came to see me and verified the measurements. They were within 3%, and he honored the original quote. He got a crew of 7 here within a week. They stripped and re-roofed in 2 days. Ice and water barrier for bottom 6', the flatter dormers, and the valleys. Used GAF architectural LIFETIME shingles with the required GAF other products to make the warrantee valid. The plants around the house will be fine...they used heavy duty tarps to get the shingles to the ground. They had someone spend more than an hour using a magnet to pick up the nails on the ground. I had two other quotes from people higher on this list that were much higher in price. I doubt the result would have been better. I feel I got a good value. Now the only problem is that with the new roof, it is clear that I have to paint at least the trim....

Extremely well. Mark and his team were total professionals. Our roof has multiple levels and some steep pitch in the troughs. They indicated it was a two day job and they were finished and cleaned up by mid afternoon of the second day. Mark also goes over your lawn with a magnet to find any stray nails. Beautiful roof and great work.

Garon-Teed Roofing did an outstanding job. The workers were fast, courteous and neat. When the workers were done, they cleaned the entire yard up so there was no debris anywhere. The owner was very professional and returned calls promptly. The roof looks amazing! We were very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them.

They showed up the day they said they were going to, they used the products they said they were going to use. They finished on schedule. Did a great job on clean up. And the cost was what was quoted. We would use them again & would recommend them.

e two days Mark was there on day 1 and day 2 of the job and told me that everything would be weather tight after the first day, it was. His crew was hard working and obviously knew what they were doing. The roof looks great with bump outs and returns. The clean up was spotless and because I had a dumpster on the property because of another construction project he took $600 off the bill for the cost of having his dumpster come. My neighbor had his roof done 2 days after mine from another roofer and it cost my neighbor $2k more than mine and my house had a bigger roof. There was zero money handed over until the job was complete! I wish more contractors were as honest as Mark Garon. Mark also guarantees his roof for 5 years for any leaks. With the 50 year warranty on the shingles it is doubtful I will ever need Mark's services again but I would highly reccomend him to anyone needing a new roof.

Fair price and did all the work as planned an according to schedule

We called Mark Garon about replacing
the shingles on our roof and the flat dormer torch down roof.
Mark came to inspect our roof within a
day or two after the call and was very straight forward about the
work needed. He told us that the torch down roof was in good shape
and only needed to repair some cracks around the edges and gave a
detailed explanation of the work necessary to replace the shingled
roof.
His crew was here the following week
before seven thirty a.m. and had the whole job finished by five
thirty that afternoon. They were very careful about protecting the
house and shrubs while stripping off the old shingles. The crew were
polite and hard working and did a first rate job. They did a very
thorough clean up afterward too.
We are very pleased with the Mark, his
crew and the new roof.

We had a few different roofing contractors come out because we had a small leak in our roof. All the other contractors offered to replace our roof.  Mark came out and told us our roof was in good shape and didn't need replacing.  When it got warmer they came out inspected the roof, made some small repairs and saved us the cost of a new roof.  
No leaks now! 

They were wonderful, really wonderful. They came out extra early and went right to work. They were really pleasant guys, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up after themselves. They came out this morning to pick up other equipment and also did a double check on the work and clean up. Everything was better than what we thought and did a beautiful job.

Mark and his crew ripped off 3 layers of asphalt shingles, laid down all new 1/2in sheathing and reroofed the entire structure.  Roof looks awesome and no complaints.  He roofed another home of mine about 5 years ago, complete with skylight installs - still working perfectly.

I would absolutely use Garon-Teed roofing again. First, they did excellent work. Not only does the new roof look like a million bucks, but it also ended the active leaks in my attic space before winter set it. They were also punctual, showing up on time and on schedule, and were great communicators when it came to timeline and dumpster pickup.
The bottom line is that these guys will do great work for a fair price. I plan on using them again in the future.

They did a good job.  Mark Garon, the owner, and I had an extensive conversation before he went in for the job.  So he was aware that I knew something about roofing and I kept a close eye on the crew to make sure they did it to my standards and I would say that they did.   

I did a bit of shopping around for price.  Actually this was a bit complicated because there was a leak where the different roof line came together and the original flushing was probably not done right.  So he was one of the few contractors that I could talk into about the assembly, flushing and leaking and doing it properly.  Most of the contractors I called, they just wanted to throw in new shingles and not do the job correctly.  So I had to pay extra of course.  I would say that it was a fair price because some of the dormers did not have to be stripped off for the flushing and some of the dormers were adequate.  So he adjusted the price down for that.  Actually I got the estimate a year before then I called them for the job a year after.  He showed up when he said he would.  His courteous was good, courteous and did a good job cleaning the site afterwards.
