Claude responded quickly, got the information he needed, and sent us a quote. Once we accepted, he ordered all the materials and set up a time for installation. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and then did the installation. Afterwards, he went over everything in detail, giving us tips on the accessories, changing the bag in the vacuum unit, maintenance,etc. The installation was very neatly done. The carpentry team is well along with installation of cabinets, trim and baseboards and will build custom shelving. The quality of the work is excellent. They worked with me to choose trim compatible with original trim in my 1860 clapboard home and it looks great! The board and plaster team closed up the remaining spaces with smooth walls. The countertop team and painter have been scheduled. These are good people to work with on a project that has endless decisions in my older home as they discuss the possibilities and know how to implement decisions reached."

"Kevin did a great job. I had a whole house generator installed and Kevin came out right away, gave me a fair price and within a week had the generator up and running. He and his team coordinated the propane hookup, dug the trenches in 5 degree weather and even moved a dryer vent that needed to be moved due to the new propane tank location. He was on time and did a professional job. I left the whole installation in his hands and he took care of everything. I will hire Kevin again for some more work that I need done this summer and have already recommended Kevin to some neighbors."

They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.
