They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Glenn was great to work with. He first painted 2 rooms. One had very high ceilings and was a very dark color. He was very fast with both rooms. Then he sanded and refinished wood floors on 2 levels. I wish I had before pictures. The floors had been nearly destroyed by the previous owners dogs. I didn't have too much hope for them, but they look nearly new. Glenn kept us updated with his progress, left the house very clean, and the floors look great. We plan on hiring him again for future projects."
