When I received his invoice, he charged me for the recessed lights that *I* had already purchased and then I had to prove myself by showing him the receipt. He charged me 2x the Home Depot price for Romex (which I had 100 feet of in my garage, ready to go). He put in dimmer switches that didn't match the coloring of my house project (old switches were almond, new switches should have been white) and then indicated he thought I wanted almond color since those were in other places (so were the white!). He should have asked what color I wanted, but didn't and then didn't offer to replace them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I'd not hire him again."

The only delay in the project was caused by city permitting issues. Communication was good with respect to timeline as well as when decisions were needed. I also work at home and worked through this project with their understanding and planning. They also work well with animals in the home through a project. The team has long relationships with many of the subcontractors and the immediate team are great craftsman and workers. We are very pleased with our new space, grateful to the Britton team, would call them again for a future project and highly recommend their work!"
