The process began about three months ago with Jesse, a Certified Water Specialist, who thoroughly tested our water and designed a comprehensive system. He was patient, informative, and never pushy while I took time to decide. Installation was completed this past Monday and included sediment filtration, a water softener, radon and PFAS removal, and reverse osmosis to our drinking water and refrigerator ice maker. "Rick responded immediately to my e-mail inquiry through the website and called me to set up an appointment.  He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  As it turns out, after making the arrangements for the sump pump, we discovered the source of our water was from our heating system.  When we informed Rick of this and the fact the sump pump would not be needed, he promptly refunded our deposit.  I would definitely recommend Rick Jackson and will contact him in the future if the need arises.

"Mike and his team did a solid job for us.  The previous owners had punted on installing
the correct solution and lied about water entering the home.  When we found ¼ inch of water in our back
room basement we called GMBS out and they were there within hours to do an
estimate.
This was one of the rainiest summers in recent memory and
GMBS had a ton of business so we had to wait, but it was worth the wait.  They finished the job in under 3 days and the
work looks great.
They installed a brand new sump pump, the old one the previous owners had
installed was done poorly, was inefficient to the task and sounded like a jet
engine.   They installed a sub floor
perimeter drainage system and vapor sealed our walls.
 
They were quick, professional, courteous and were easy to
work with.  We paid up front and part of
the job was over estimated and they got a refund to us when we needed it. 
 
I have more work I need done in the future and I plan on
using Mike and his team.

"We contacted Richard regarding the job, and had a quote back within the week - good quote.  He quickly responded to any questions  we had, and scheduled the work.  They completed the demo in one day, a few days before the cabinets showed up - if I had to do this again, I would hold off on the demolition until the cabinets were in, as it is difficult to live without a kitchen, especially with children.  It took approximately two weeks for the kitchen to be completed, with slight delays due to a damaged cabinet, time for the new countertops to set, appliance delivery, etc.  One hitch developed when the dishwasher was hooked up incorrectly, and water ran into my basement - I called Richard, and once I got through the answering service, he contacted the plumber, and we resolved the problem immediately over the phone, and the plumber was at my house at 8 the next morning ( a Saturday of a holiday weekend) to permanently fix the problem.  At the end of the two weeks, we had a great new kitchen, well installed, and we were thrilled!"
