"Secondwind Water Systems was excellent from start to finish. The process began about three months ago with Jesse, a Certified Water Specialist, who thoroughly tested our water and designed a comprehensive system. He was patient, informative, and never pushy while I took time to decide. Installation was completed this past Monday and included sediment filtration, a water softener, radon and PFAS removal, and reverse osmosis to our drinking water and refrigerator ice maker. Patrick, the senior technician, and his assistant Ronald were professional, knowledgeable, and did a very clean, well-organized basement install. Patrick took the time to explain how the system works and what maintenance is required. "Rick responded immediately to my e-mail inquiry through the website and called me to set up an appointment.  He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  As it turns out, after making the arrangements for the sump pump, we discovered the source of our water was from our heating system.  When we informed Rick of this and the fact the sump pump would not be needed, he promptly refunded our deposit.  I would definitely recommend Rick Jackson and will contact him in the future if the need arises.

"Mike and his team did a solid job for us.  The previous owners had punted on installing
the correct solution and lied about water entering the home.  When we found ¼ inch of water in our back
room basement we called GMBS out and they were there within hours to do an
estimate.
This was one of the rainiest summers in recent memory and
GMBS had a ton of business so we had to wait, but it was worth the wait.  They finished the job in under 3 days and the
work looks great.
They installed a brand new sump pump, the old one the previous owners had
installed was done poorly, was inefficient to the task and sounded like a jet
engine.   They installed a sub floor
perimeter drainage system and vapor sealed our walls.
 
They were quick, professional, courteous and were easy to
work with.  We paid up front and part of
the job was over estimated and they got a refund to us when we needed it. 
 
I have more work I need done in the future and I plan on
using Mike and his team.

"First of all, I was excited to see the Angie's BIG Deal for gutter cleaning.  I recently bought a new house and it was in desperate need of gutter cleaning.  My roof is fairly high and I was not eager to do it myself.  I was ecstatic to find out Angie's BIG deal was through NE Renovations.  I worked with Richard and his crew renovating my condo.  As usual, NE Renovations did not disappoint.  After I signed up for Angie's BIG Deal, NE Renovations contacted me to let me know that my appointment would be delayed in order to give more time for the leaves to fall.  I have a few large trees with very stubborn leaves.  When my appointment came around it was unfortunately rained out.  Probably for the best.  Trees hadn't shaken all their leaves just yet.  The following week the team came over and cleaned the gutters out COMPLETELY.  DIdn't get a test run until the the rain came this past Wednesday.  For the first time since I've been here, the water flowed out the downspout instead over over the gutters.  Job well done NE Renovations."
