Great! Richard had a cancellation and asked if he could come in that time slot. We were delighted. He was prompt. Richard is knowledgeable, explained everything he was going to do, was very professional and friendly. He worked both inside and outside. The job looks very solid. Our realtor came over a few days later ( we are selling our house in the spring) and was very impressed with the workmanship. I would highly recommend Jackson Foundation Repair.

I called for a quote, and they came over the same day. I got a very fair quote, and two days later he arrived when they said they would, fixed the cracks, and walked me through everything. He also stated if I had any issues at all, just call him. However, I'll tell you, the stuff they use is awesome, and it will be there long after the house is gone I would guess!! Great service, great friendly people, high quality materials, and enough said. If you need a foundation repair, you better call these folks as at least one of your options...

Rick responded immediately to my e-mail inquiry through the website and called me to set up an appointment. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. As it turns out, after making the arrangements for the sump pump, we discovered the source of our water was from our heating system. When we informed Rick of this and the fact the sump pump would not be needed, he promptly refunded our deposit. I would definitely recommend Rick Jackson and will contact him in the future if the need arises.

Just OK. Provider completed the job but this is not what they focus on. the plastic barrier did not stay in place. I had to go back into the hole later when the tar was tacky enough and reapply the plastic barrier.

I contacted Jackson and Company to obtain
a quote; Mr. Jackson contacted me within a few hours! Rick was polite and very
professional during our conversations. He came out to see the cracks to ensure
that my quote was accurate, especially since I had explained that someone had
attempted to "repair" the cracks previously. Rick arrived promptly at
my home and reviewed my situation. He answered all of my questions and
addressed all of my concerns. He also explained that his work would be covered
under a transferrable warrantee! I had several other quotes however no other company
offered any type of warrantee.
Rob arrived on time to do the job. Rob
was so nice and professional; I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. I
really wanted to see the process and he took the time to explain each step to
me. He worked tirelessly to clean up the mess of the failed ?repair? I could
not believe how much better it looked! He then proceeded to perform the repair allowing
me to watch and take pictures, it?s quite the process. He left both areas that he
worked on immaculate!
I have such peace of mind now knowing
that I will no longer have to worry about there being a huge puddle in my
garage or basement or water spouting out of the cracks! I am so glad that I
chose Jackson and Company to perform this work for me and I would recommend them
to anyone!

We have an unfinished basement and anytime we had a heavy rain, water would come in through the bulkhead. It never was on the stairs, was coming in from cracks in the foundation around the bulkhead. Rick called me immediately after I submitted an estimate request on the website. He knew we were anxious to get it resolved and he came right out to look at it. Also had the "basement smell" down there and he explained due to cracks in the concrete floor, vapors were coming in. Rick did an excellent job. I waited until we had another heavy rain before I submited this review. I'm thrilled to report there is no more water coming in and my basement actually smells nice now!

Unfortunately we wanted to get this project past us before leaving for vacation and hastily said OK to a what we thought was a pretty high price. However, after we saw the low level of expertise needed to do the job, time required, and the fact that the injection fittings and sealant were left for me to remove, I felt that this was a hugh rip off. Furthermore, he asked that the check be made out to him and not the company. Sound fishy???

"We find a review like this to be very disturbing..........At the time of all estimates a clear description of product, appearance and warranty are given as well as what is actually done to repair.........We are a service business with established pricing....this price given was actually discounted from normal pricing. Due to discount coupons and senior citizen discounts applied. Opinion of expertise is just that..on this particular project there had been numerous attempts to repair by others that had failed prior to our estimate and repair....Buyer's remorse for having to pay for something is not within our control......It is totally up to the consumer if they can afford a project to be completed. Our pricing is based on review of competitor's pricing and industry standards..It's very disappointing that a client would actually make such statements on a project. The issue of payment is under review by management..."

Crack team rep arrived at scheduled time to provide an estimate for repairs to the basement/foundation. Unfortunately, they never provided the quote. I have attempted contact three times and have left messages each time requesting a call back with no response. I'm not sure what happened, but we had to take time out of our schedule to get a quote.

I am very satisfied with the workmanship. When he was finished Richard cleaned up his work area and provided instructions on what to do while the sealent cured. He also gave me a quote for other work I am thinking of having done. When I am ready, I will be calling back The Crack Team.

"As I don't recall this project, I am sorry for the misunderstanding ---However there is a couple of errors that catch my attention from this report' First I am the owner and my name is Richard Jackson. The product the cleint makes refererence comes with no warranty. I don't understand the sump pump comment but the product itself is warrantied not to leak though it in other words there is a workmanship warranty on the product.If the cleint wants to give me a call and discuss it he is very welcome as we try to make all our projects correct for the cleint. Richard Harris is the tech who has passed away but we still stand by our installed products."

It went very well. The repair process was explained to me from start to finish. My only complaint is that the estimate that I received over the telephone was significantly higher than the actual cost. The difference was approximately $500.00.
