"Jack Powell is a gem. He's highly skilled, dependable, and a clear communicator. I had a large second floor deck that was badly sagging and in danger of collapsing. Jack examined the problem, came up with a strategy for repair, and submitted a very reasonable estimate. He clearly explained each stage of work and at the end of each day's work cleaned up the area. "Excellent as far as I know so far. Got just in on time for major snowfall with new roof so will see if any leaks come through where we had had trouble before. Manny was pleasant and professional to deal with. I liked how he took pictures to show where the areas of concern were and updated me as the day went on and new work had to be done.
