He replaced a rotted out door and entryway, resurfaced a floor, dry walled an area where a sky light had been removed, and reframed the area under a toilet that was caving in, painting along the way. And he is repairing my crumbling deck! Luckily he is a "frugal Yankee" and constantly looks for ways to save you money.
