I highly recommend this contractor. Very professional, proficient, and reasonably priced. Great communicator. Showed up when he said he would. Worked quickly and efficiently. End product looks great. My neighbor was so impressed when she saw his work that she hired him to clean, sand, and stain her deck too.

"With every job, I take my time and do it the best that I can do. I told the customer that the deck might need 2 coats of sealer to cover correctly. I told him to let me know what he thought of the 1 coat coverage. Well, I haven't heard anything in over 3 weeks, so I figured it was good with only 1 coat. The customer also told me he only wanted the deck boards done, not the sides. All this could've been remedied if he would just let me know."
