Based on already roughed-in plumbing, he completed the job with help from a plumber and electrician. In order to comply with window egress codes, he built benches in both bedrooms beneath the windows, after replacing the windows with compliant models - by crawling under a 3-ft deck. He was punctual, reliable, and we trusted him in our home. He is quiet and straightforward, and he provided us with itemized invoices. He is about to begin a second bathroom renovation for us and we have hired him for a partial garage re-build. We recommend Jeff with no reservations - from framing to painting to carpentry."

Cody was extremely thorough in preparing the house for painting, and in repairing both, some damaged siding we were aware of, and other areas of rot that were more extensive then we knew.
