John is a great guy! Very friendly, great communication and attention to detail. Worked with me every step of the way always making sure I was happy with the work. He even worked with my insurance company to get them to cover their portion of the expense. The crew was very polite and thorough and did exceptional work. Their design and workmanship was outstanding. Even the building inspector was very impressed. I highly recommend these guys and would be happy to hire them again.

The owner is on-site. The guys who did the work were very thorough. They were polite and very personable. After doing repairs on our sunroom, we asked if they could replace our sliding glass doors. They were able to schedule us quickly and completed the work within a couple of days. After the jobs were finished, we were told to contact them if ever we have any problems or concerns with the work that had been done.

I have reason to suspect his crew was smoking pot on our property and they destroyed our home. John was never there to supervise his crew. They took out all the insulation in our crawl space and let our pipes freeze so we had to replace all of the plumbing. He cut a floor joist where they were building a shower. He put in a footing three feet away from for the support post holding up our second floor that he added to our one floor cottage. Our floor was sagging after he left our job site. John and his crew framed all of our interior door openings incorrectly so none of the doors that we paid for fit. For some unknown reason they cut our cable wires. John and his workers had no idea what they were doing. He charged us for the full job and only finished 40%. He never had our house inspected and that cost us quite a bit. Do NOT hire this company they do not know what they are doing. I feel he is a con artist.

"I am sorry the client was unhappy. The project became much more involved than the original focus because of many structural issues & unforeseen repairs. Then client's vision changed tremendously. We agreed on work (we talked almost every night), after 3.5 months they "ran out of money". Due to three weeks of unpaid invoices, we were forced to stop the project. (To respond to her revision in October regarding "reason to suspect" WE DO NOT condone illegal use of marijuana.)"
