"Walter and his crew first cleaned my new house before we moved in to remove any cat dander left by the previous owners. He cleaned every nook and cranny so well that I haven't had any problems with allergies since I've moved in. 
Since then we have hired Walter to clean our house every two weeks for a very reasonable price. We have a four bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,600 SF colonial house in Westford, MA. Walter and crew clean every part of the house and Walter has even cleaned our sun porch during warm weather.
I can't say enough good things about Walter. He is very professional, punctual and personable. His attention to detail is remarkable. He even dusts the large chandelier hanging in our hallway -- he's tall enough to reach it from the second floor landing. We have multiple surfaces in this new house (granite, marble, stainless as well as ceramic tile and hardwood floors) and Walter cleans each one perfectly with the appropriate cleaning products for each one. Since several of those surfaces are new to me, especially the granite and marble, it is a relief that I can trust Walter with them.
I think trust is the right word to sum up my experience with Walter -- I trust that he will clean our house perfectly and treat everything with care.

Deal (half price for 3 hours of cleaning) and had him clean my house after I had the floors sanded and refinished. Afterward, comparing the great job he did with the consistently mediocre and getting worse job of my then weekly cleaning service, I asked him to come back.  The second time he did a pretty good job too (though not as good) but midway through I felt embarrassed for myself that I had agreed to pay $67/hour for a cleaner and amazed that these guys stay in business at those prices.  No one is that good.  Price is absurd.
