Jesse set proper expectations about when he could complete the work (he's busy!) and provided an estimate. We stayed in contact regularly until he was able to start the project. I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed.
