"Eric moved a junction box in my attic and installed a new ventilation fan in our bathroom. He was prompt to respond to my request, did great work, and cleaned up all areas afterwards. Price was great as well. I will hire him again."

"Frank and Nick did an excellent job replacing a window, installing snow guards, and completed roof repairs to make the house weathertight for me. They showed up when they said, worked very efficiently and got everything done quickly. Pricing is very fair and quality workmanship. I have used F.B.I. a couple times now and know I will use them for future projects."

"After a horrid job done by another carpenter , we hired RM . They fixed every thing that the other contractor didn't , couldn't and broke in their attempt !

Now that the roof is fixed , the lights are working , the pantry is installed he has done an outstanding job with our new kitchen floor ! He is building our new shed . It is looking great . Better than any shed you could buy at any store !

He is a quiet smart man who goes about his work in a truly professional manner , so refreshing we truly appreciate him 100% !"

"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

While many pests like rats, mice, ants, cockroaches, silverfish, and bed bugs can damage your home, termites are among the most destructive. By sheer dollar amount, the damage from a bad termite infestation is unparalleled, as they can ruin walls, floors, roofs, and wooden support materials, potentially requiring massive reconstruction. Other highly destructive pests include rodents, carpenter ants, and bees that build hives within walls. If you spot signs of termites or other pests, you should hire an exterminator immediately.

Rabbits face a range of formidable adversaries in rural and suburban areas. Natural predators such as hawks, foxes, bobcats, raccoons, coyotes, and weasels pose significant threats to their survival. These skilled hunters target bunnies for food, contributing to regulating rabbit populations. Outdoor housepets can be enemies, too, particularly dogs and cats. And loud little humans playing in your yard make great rabbit deterrents, too.

Silverfish can crawl on you in your sleep. They enjoy consuming dandruff and will crawl on your scalp for nourishment. They can also find their way to your hairbrushes and anywhere you’ve shed dandruff. It’s important to keep pillowcases, sheets and brushes clean to avoid making your bed hospitable for unwanted guests.

No, you shouldn’t have to worry about bats in your yard as long as they don’t make their way inside your house. Typically, bats hang around backyards in order to consume bugs, especially if they’re located in the U.S. Bats that are native to North America can consume more than 500 bugs per hour, so they may actually benefit your yard if mosquitoes are prevalent.

Technically, yes, chinch bugs can fly. However you won’t usually see them in flight. Chinch bugs like to stick close to the ground and they usually move around by hopping or crawling (which is why they can be hard to see). Since they don’t get much chance at flying, they’re pretty bad at it and only fly for short distances—like to nearby yards.
