We had to go with a new service provider after our previous company went MIA. Derek from Penton was punctual and timely with all correspondence. Always proactive telling us what is happening and when. Estimates come in as promised without prompting. Their work, although a little expensive, is done with quality and is through.

They scheduled milling and repair in a way that we could still utilize portions of the parking lot as needed during the days they worked.
