We had to go with a new service provider after our previous company went MIA. Derek from Penton was punctual and timely with all correspondence. Always proactive telling us what is happening and when. Estimates come in as promised without prompting. Their work, although a little expensive, is done with quality and is through.
I will try and update this post as the season continues but so far OUTSTANDING.

"3-D did an asphalt repair, patch, seal, and stripe project for the church parking lot in the Summer of 2023. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. They scheduled milling and repair in a way that we could still utilize portions of the parking lot as needed during the days they worked. They were quick and efficient, and the finished product looked good. They made the project seem as painless as possible."

I even explained that I understood if they didn’t have the capability of performing my work, seeing as I know they might be busy, but still absolutely zero response. I can’t speak to their workmanship, but this alone makes me doubt their ability."

"Contractor was chronically late for all appointments by 2-3 hours. He stayed and worked well into the evening, even in the dark. I appreciate that he got it done eventually, but did not like having someone there till 9:30 at night. He did a good job on the concrete stairs - they look great. He left a mess in my basement when he repaired the front stoop. He also used a folding chair in my basement to stand on without asking - it is now a mess. For the wood railing on the back stoop, I specifically asked for a 4-5" space to be left under the bottom of the railing so I could sweep snow off in the winter. I also wanted the railing going down the stairs. At first, he did not want to do this (said something about code did not require it for the 3 steps going up) but it was part of the estimate that I approved. I asked him to fix the space under the railing and put on the railing for the stairs. He did come back and fix all to my satisfaction. Very nice guy, just not punctual or professional.

"Ed and his team were great to work with. They provided several options as well as their preferred choice. The work was completed on time and the price was very reasonable. The work was also completed without significantly disturbing the rest of the yard. Ed always responded quickly and we have subsequently requested some additional work to be completed in the next few weeks in another area of the yard.
