"The team arrived on time and went right to work. Universal told me that I would be without electricity for most of the day as they change out the electrical panel. "Justin and his partner, John Petto from ultimate power installed brand new circuit boxes, ran a new 220 service to our new hot tub and fixed the wiring on the fan above the hot tub. With all the work we had to have done, they were very reasonable, and below the three other bids that we received. Actually, one of the bids told us that the wiring to our new hot tub wasnâ t even possible! Justin And John were so professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a very, very timely matter. "Grayson quickly responded to my inquiry about hanging a 65" TV above the fireplace. He provided a reasonable quote and was able to complete the work just two days later. He even arrived early. Once his helper arrived, they got right to work. Both were well-mannered, friendly, respectful, and polite throughout the entire process. They made sure the TV was placed exactly where I wanted it. After finishing, Grayson asked for a paper towel to wipe off any fingerprints and even offered to vacuum the area. I highly recommend Grayson and RidderYoung Property Services.
