Not only was he extremely knowledgable and efficient, but he was also very personable. It didn't feel like I was letting a stranger into my apartment to mount my TVs; it felt like it was my neighbor instead. Steven showed a strong commitment to quality and customer service. I felt as if he were mounting the TVs in his own residence. He wanted everything to look perfect. He was great and also walked me through everything he was doing. Steven did it all, quickly, and for the lowest price I could find. I would highly recommend Atomic Service and I'll surely use them again in the future. I should also mention that he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment on extremely short notice. He loves this work and is committed to doing it well."

Upon my arrival home in the evening, switch did not work. Had to keep another switch on to make the one they installed work. He sent another young man the next day after and he was here MAYBE 10 minutes (and the owner implied he should charge more since they had to come back- REALLY???) I asked if we could some money refunded and was told I could stop by the shop and get 1/2 hour refunded. He can keep is $42.50 to send his employees to school. My opinion total cost should not have been more than $100."
