Since it was not written down on contract, Rebath indicated customer supplied parts were not covered even though sales indicated it would be covered verbally. However, Rebath did order part (it was under Moen lifetime warranty) and installed part. Rebath did offer to assist with future claims, if needed, with customer supplied parts needing replacement."
