JP Electric installed a Kohler generator for us and they did an excellent job! They were on time and on budget. The generator looks and works great and we could not be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JP ELECTRIC!!!!!

JP Electric re-defines professionalism in every respect... We had two Kohler generators installed on adjacent properties, and from the initial quote to the final cleanup we were dealing with superbly qualified and professional individuals. The installation was A+ in terms of fit and finish, and Jeff was on top of every aspect of the process, even lining-up the gas company, and the permit officials so that the tasks to be done inside could fit our schedules. We will have JP Electric install another generator at a rental property next Spring and we look forward to what we already know will be a great installation and follow-up service!

Competent and honest

Great Install of the generator. Finished the job in less than one day and my power was only off for 2 hours. Generator is working fine. Also did a thorough clean-up after installing. All questions about operation were answered in detail.

Jeff was the first person to call me after I submitted my request through HomeAdvisor and he immediately quelled all apprehension I had with using the service. His initial concern was what I was hoping to achieve with my project and why - to ensure he gave the best possible advice. I never felt pressured and they were patient throughout my decision making process. JP has installed a transfer switch for a portable generator at my former home and a standby generator / transfer switch at my new construction. Jeff even provided input during pre-construction to help bring down costs on his end. Additionally, when they were greatly impacted by the recent flooding, he kept me informed on when my install would take place. Jeff only hires the best employees and will ensure his customers are pleased with their services. JP Electric was a blessing to my family and I assure you that they will be a blessing to your family too!

JP Electric does outstanding service. The team was punctual, friendly and highly professional. They not only installed the transfer switch and setup my generator, but walked us through start and stop procedures of operation. They also installed several beautiful lighting fixtures in my home. I would highly recommend them for electrical repairs and installations.
