"This company responded within a few hours of my request for bid. In fact, they were the only one of three companies to respond at all. Since they were my first choice, it was good to know I chose wisely :) Service person arrived on time, professionally dressed/equipment clean and in good repair. Very reassuring. He was careful and thorough, even cleaning stray sticks off the roof while he was cleaning the gutters. Courteous, answered questions and detailed everything he had done. Even more amazing, he cleaned up the area and removed debris. Definitely would recommend this company!"

"I initially contacted them through their email address, I believe in May, and did not hear. However, someone from Fish did stop by the house a short time later to say they had received my request for cleaning. They were fully booked and would not be able to clean until late June. They called the day before their arrival and kept the appointed time, even arriving early. They did an excellent job; I rescheduled for late fall, and will keep rescheduling them."

I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. "I regret hiring COIT for rug cleaning; it was incredibly frustrating. Their "100% satisfaction guarantee" proved hollow. We paid $250 for a service that left our rug looking and smelling nearly as bad as before—just a rinse off, really. When we expressed dissatisfaction, we were promised a manager would call back after vacation, which never happened. After several calls, a tech came but simply applied a deodorizer instead of resolving the issue. Our attempts to reach them led to unanswered calls and unreturned messages. Every time we got a rep, the manager was unavailable, and they insisted on trying to clean our rug again. It's illogical to expect goodwill after such poor service—would anyone return to a poorly rated restaurant? Ultimately, we felt cheated and disappointed. I can't recommend COIT. Save your money and frustration by choosing a company that values its customers. The manager still hasn’t returned our call. Enjoy our $250, COIT. We'll clearly never see it again."
