Their communication was excellent throughout, and they were very transparent with when they would start and how long the job would take. When they came out to build the retaining wall, they were very respectful of our property and our neighbors. They warned us that their equipment might tear up the yard, but in the end I didn’t see any damage at all. They kept us updated on how the job was going through the process and where plans needed to be adjusted so we could decide what we wanted and how we would like to proceed. The quality of the retaining wall they built for us is amazing. I am so pleased with the result, it looks fantastic and has stood up to several hard storms so far without any soil loss. Overall they were courteous, communicative, and kind throughout, and I couldn’t be happier with the retaining wall they built for us. No reason really - they were competative with another company that we chose instead, and then the company we chose didn't show up! I emailed Rosendo who could have had an attitude about us chosing someone else, but he was gracious and said his crew would be happy to do the work! I was so grateful!
They showed up early and worked really hard! The area where we had the retaining wall built was unaccessable by machine so they had to hand dig the earth out (a huge deal!).This company is professional and works hard. The wall looks wonderful and they even did some detail work to make it look even better than I had in my mind! 
I would recommend P&R Concrete to anyone and if we have to have ANY more work done, they will be the first ones we will call! Great job guys!
