We are very happy with the product and installation from J-tech. Communication was a major issue and continues to be an issue. There were errors in our order, there had been a change in sales rep and no one verified our order. We have a casement that opens backwards, the wrong privacy glass in one window and a hole in one screen. There has been no follow up, we have contacted them three times still no follow up."
