Said they would keep me updated which they have not! I have reached out several times only to get the runaround! I finally sent a message to Darren only to be told that they had shut down the Billings Office and even if my materials were here, there would be no one to install nor anyone to honor the warranty! After finding out that the lady down the street had been left in the same situation as me but with a whole house project, I reached out to you."

"Like the product and the interior and exterior appearance. The installers did an excellent job. Our condo-assoc neighbors told us horror stories about their window projects so we were apprehensive. We are very happy with the product and installation from J-tech. Communication was a major issue and continues to be an issue. There were errors in our order, there had been a change in sales rep and no one verified our order.
