"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Chip was punctual and pleasant. It took him less then 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with the unit. It had a hidden fan that was inundated with tons of cat hair and other stuff. Since it was on the bottom of the case and hidden from view by other parts, we did not even check that location on our own.Once it was cleaned out by Chip it worked wonderfully. 14 hours after he left the unit was still on working beautifully. In the weeks since his visit, the desktop has no further issues. He did charge us his transportation/visit charge, but did not charge us anything additional fees. If we have further computer issues, I would not hesitate to contact Chip and have him come back to have him assist us."

"I called Luther on Friday morning while I was at work and set up an appt. for the same day. He came to my place exactly on time. Very punctual. He's also very neat and clean in his appearance and work habits. After signing an agreement on price so everything was clear and showing him my list of problems, he got right to work. Luther checked everything for viruses and then got rid of a lot of things that were making my computer run super slow. Then, after discussion, he uninstalled my antivirus program and installed his preferred program, which was very streamlined and easy to use. I just sits, running, in the background and doesn't interfere with my browsing experience. Luther also, by chance, had some "used" memory that worked with my pc. So he took my (very dusty and dog hairy) unit outside, gave it a good blowout and installed the memory for a very reasonable price. Luther told me my computer still has room for improvement (room available for more memory) but that this should improve things. It did....immensely.  Luther more than gave me my money's worth, I have to say and my computer is running like it should. I try to do a lot of my own troubleshooting on my computer, but after this experience I know I'm a rank amateur.  I'm really happy with my computer for now and I'll definitely be giving him a call in the future when I'm looking for a computer tech.
