Christian did a great job with everything- he gave me options for how to fix the downstairs leak (patching it up, which would be less time/cheaper or making a new hole for the pipe so that it was done the correct way). I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me on the plumbing in my new home and being up front about the costs and effort for the repairs/installations. He is very professional, personable and has a wonderful attitude. He even came out and installed 2 new shower heads for me even though it was a very small job - i wanted to make sure i had not messed anything up when i installed one myself.
