"We did a lot of research prior to hiring Thrasher and we were not disappointed. Frankly I had been in denial (and fear) about the work I knew we needed done on our Midtown Omaha home because I was so concerned about the cost and impact on our brick Tudor. We had a crack in the brick near our garage and our basement had been leaking for a number of years with hard rains. Before we met with our Systems Design Specialist, Anthony, we had received e-mails and calls to confirm the date, along with a packet of educational materials about home foundations and waterproofing. When Anthony came to our home, he was very professional and performed a full inspection about our concerns. He prepared an estimate and we selected what was best for us following a thorough review of options he presented. The foundation work was completed first in ONE day. The basement waterproofing was completed the next week over a two-day time frame. The workers were very professional and arrived at the time they arranged with us. In regard to the basement waterproofing, we discovered one small issue. They came out immediately to correct this and all has been worked wonderfully since. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. "Where do I start?!? If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He was at my house an hour after I called in a panic when several drains were clogged and unusable. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. When I despaired out loud while he was in the first drain that it didn’t sound promising, he simply replied, “Don’t worry, I’ll get it cleared!” I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone and everyone who needs an experienced, honest, friendly and hard-working plumber, and will be sending my family and friends his contact information. "The gentleman that came out and gave me the quote was on-time and went through everything with me. Then I can home from work on a Monday and the yard had flags where the sprinkler heads were going, not knowing someone was going to be on my property. I had to called the office and was told they planned to install the system on that Friday, not asking me if that day would work or not. (This is where the problem started). Then on Wednesday they called and told me a piece of equipment broke and they had to push the schedule. We rescheduled for the following week. Friday, April 13th, the plumber came out to do their piece of work, they were subcontracted by Nature's Helper. This is where it go worse, the plumber decided to use my trash can (that was in use) to use a drip pan because he was being "Lazy" as he stated twice, along leaving a mess and leaving electronics close to the drain. (Luckily my electronics were not ruined). I called Nature's Helper on Monday, explained the disappointment in the plumbing company and the service I received. Nature's Helper apologized and had the plumbing company call me. The issue was resolved they day they came out installed my system. This is where the service was good again --Tuesday, April 17th, the installers showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. They did a nice job going thru and cleaning up their trash and explaining things. The 3 man team worked like a well oiled machine and were able to complete the job slightly a head of schedule. They explained they were going to drain the system due to the snow that was due. April 23rd, Justin came out can went thru the control panel and started up the system to make sure everything was working properly. There was a few things, as stated above, that caused me not to give them a "A" rating. But I would hire them again."

"Everything went as explained, diagramed, and promised by our System Design Specialist, Mr. Nicolas Hruska. We initially contacted just the top two Foundation Repair Experts listed on Angie's List because we can't afford to have our home repaired by anyone who lacks the proper credentials, staff, tools, training, techniques, supplies, 25 year transferrable warranty, and the hands on experience to deliver all services as promised. We are extremely pleased with the final results to take back our homes basement from poor workmanship done by the original builder and owner of our home back in 1979 We purchased the home in 2001 and unknown to us the foundation had been placed on top of clay based sub-soil which was an acceptable building practice back in 1979. Today's building codes prohibit this careless and costly practice of home site preparation for the homeowner. "Our driveway tear out and replacement went great. Crew got there about 10 am and immediately started to work on the demo. By the end of the day, they had removed all the old concrete in the driveway and front stoop, framed in the new drive and stoop, lain the sub-grade, and installed the rebar. They were back first thing the next morning to pour the concrete and finished before noon. Mike also put in wider expansion joints to combat the "street creep" that was the cause of our driveway and minor structural issues. We had an old basketball hoop set in concrete that that they removed for us and filled the hole in with dirt. My wife couldn't believe how fast the crew worked during the whole process and they did an excellent job of cleaning up both days they were there. I did have a bid that was $200 lower than but it didn't include rebar. Very satisfied with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
