"We did a lot of research prior to hiring Thrasher and we were not disappointed. Frankly I had been in denial (and fear) about the work I knew we needed done on our Midtown Omaha home because I was so concerned about the cost and impact on our brick Tudor. We had a crack in the brick near our garage and our basement had been leaking for a number of years with hard rains. From the start of the process, Thrasher was outstanding in terms of communication and education about what they do. Before we met with our Systems Design Specialist, Anthony, we had received e-mails and calls to confirm the date, along with a packet of educational materials about home foundations and waterproofing. When Anthony came to our home, he was very professional and performed a full inspection about our concerns. He prepared an estimate and we selected what was best for us following a thorough review of options he presented. The foundation work was completed first in ONE day. The basement waterproofing was completed the next week over a two-day time frame. The workers were very professional and arrived at the time they arranged with us. In regard to the basement waterproofing, we discovered one small issue. They came out immediately to correct this and all has been worked wonderfully since. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. "The gentleman that came out and gave me the quote was on-time and went through everything with me. Then I can home from work on a Monday and the yard had flags where the sprinkler heads were going, not knowing someone was going to be on my property. I had to called the office and was told they planned to install the system on that Friday, not asking me if that day would work or not. (This is where the problem started). Then on Wednesday they called and told me a piece of equipment broke and they had to push the schedule. We rescheduled for the following week. Friday, April 13th, the plumber came out to do their piece of work, they were subcontracted by Nature's Helper. This is where it go worse, the plumber decided to use my trash can (that was in use) to use a drip pan because he was being "Lazy" as he stated twice, along leaving a mess and leaving electronics close to the drain. (Luckily my electronics were not ruined). I called Nature's Helper on Monday, explained the disappointment in the plumbing company and the service I received. Nature's Helper apologized and had the plumbing company call me. The issue was resolved they day they came out installed my system. This is where the service was good again --Tuesday, April 17th, the installers showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. They did a nice job going thru and cleaning up their trash and explaining things. The 3 man team worked like a well oiled machine and were able to complete the job slightly a head of schedule. They explained they were going to drain the system due to the snow that was due. April 23rd, Justin came out can went thru the control panel and started up the system to make sure everything was working properly. There was a few things, as stated above, that caused me not to give them a "A" rating. But I would hire them again."
