"I do not hesitate to call Hawks for any heating and plumbing service. Hawks installed two high efficiency heat pump / furnace systems in our house two years ago. After planning, the work was completed within one day, all old equipment hauled away, and both areas left spotless. Both systems are providing excellent heating and cooling without the inefficiency and noise of the old systems.. We have had no reason to call Hawks back except to do annual service. I recently called Hawks to troubleshoot a blockage in our septic system. Within the hour, Scott had arrived, found the blockage, and cleared the system. Much appreciated! Thanks to Shelly and Scott! "Terrible service, our front was sinking due to our fireplace. We got a quote ($28,000), for their "patented" footings - enormous metal poles under each of the house supports for the front. Pretty slick snowjob, they quoted us 3 days but took 5. They dumped all the concrete they removed in the backyard without asking and left an enormous hole in the front of the house where the fireplace is. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."
