I needed to replace my home's original deck. A friend recommended Jim Pull with Premier Exteriors, so I had Jim out for a consultation and estimate. I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with this company.

Jim and his crew were very responsive to our needs. We were limited in time due to selling. He was able to look, make a real assessment of what was needed and was reasonable with the bid. His crew made time for us within a few days and had the deck in great shape. We were able to continue down the path with our seller. I couldn't ask for better. Someone who is fair, honest, and can fix when you don't want to replace. Awesome!

The work performed by Premier Exteriors was extensive. This was a 25 x 12 composite covered deck. Jim and the crew are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and incredible at what they do. We went from a simple unusable 10 x 12 deck to a design that is more of a living space than a simple deck. The crew was great at communicating and completing based on our schedule. The only issue was that the weather didn't always cooperate and we did delay waiting on inspections. No-fault of Premier. May take a bit to get started due to their busy schedule, but that just shows that their services are sought after. Be patient and you will love your new addition.

James and his team's performance throughout the entire process was outstanding. James helped me work with the city planning department to have the deck approved. Construction materials and work was first rate. Chris, James and Jeremy are craftsmen of the highest order. James Pull listened to what my wife and I wanted and provided recommendations that made the final product perfect. Once we signed the contract James managed the entire project and I didn't need to do anything. If you'r going to install or replace a deck call Premier Exteriors. You will be amazed!

Did an excellent job after the Tornado last year considering that I was late in the game and just before Halloween to get the re-roof done. Their group of installers was very professional, despite snow falling on them. I highly recommend them. Beware as they can be hard to get ahold of.....they're that busy!

My expectations initially were that the job would go smoothly and be completed over the summer of 2016. To the contrary, the roof did not start until September 2016. Upon completion of the roof, and the fact that I was unable to reach the general contractor (who is no longer employed by Premier) the insurance company had the roof inspected. The installation did not meet Owens Corning specs. I took the information back to Premier and corrections were made. The reinspection by the company’s owner has yet to be done. This same workmanship problem continued with the install of the windows/door, siding, soffit, facia, and trim work. My gutters were removed in March 8,2016. Premier found a sub to replace only two of the gutters by mid July after my retaining wall washed out. My remaining gutters have yet to be replaced and the exterior painting is not done. The subs that have come to my home have not been timely and at times disrespectful. I have gone several months at a time without work actively being done with excuses from the company regarding a shortage of subcontractors to needing more money. Some tools from my garage went missing and some were broken. After 22 months the work is not complete and the company wants to opt out of the contract. From the beginning the work was misrepresented. The damage from the storm nor the damage Premier caused to my property have yet to be been fixed. I would not recommend doing business with Premier Exteriors.

Excellent job as I waited until the end of the storm season to replace. Although it was cold outside, they showed up and worked exceptionally hard to complete my large/steep roof.

After researching several sites such as this in which customers evaluated their experiences with contractors performing work on the exterior of their houses, I called several of those who had received at least adequate reviews by the majority of those customers who took the time to write one. I met with and explained the project I wanted done to the frontman/salesman of six different companies. The project was the complete residing of my 32 year old two story house with Hardie brand fiber cement board, the removal of a wood shake single roof and gutters and the installation of a ridge vent and a premium impact resistant fiberglass shake look roof and bigger gutters, all of which had to satisfy the Homeowner's subdivision guidelines. Following the discussions and receiving bids from all the companies, I selected Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors as the individual and company that I wanted to do the project for me. I made the selection based on several factors. First, I felt extremely comfortable with Jim and his knowledge of how to achieve want I wanted and the design suggestions he made to make my project more pleasing (and therefore more acceptable ) to my wife and by default to me as well. Secondly, I took his supplied list of former projects and actually went out and looked at them and saw that they had the look that I was hoping for at my residence. Thirdly, he and his company were able to do both the siding and the roofing together while some of those I spoke to could do only one or the other. I knew that they both had to be integrated together to achieve the best result. And finally, he bid each of the jobs individually and the combined cost was well within the range I was prepared to spend. When the work began, it was initially sporadic because of the seemingly constant rain, but the workers were very personable and explained everything about what they were doing and the schedule they were following to get things done. Everything was sealed and weathered proofed at the end of each day in the event of rain during the night and the job site was cleaned each night as well. Jim made regular visits to the job to make sure the work was up to his standard and to entertain any questions or concerns I might have. The coordination between the siding crew and the roofing crew appeared seamless and both crews even worked some weekends to complete their portions of the project. I was pleased and proud of the quality work and the look of my house everyday that I walked around it after the workers left for the day (which sometimes was after dark). Now that the job is complete, I’m extremely satisfied with my project and receive compliments from the neighbors almost every day. Good job to Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors.

Premier was able to get everything lined up quickly, and had the roof on in a day and a half (40sq roof). Jim and his crew worked quickly, without disrupting our family. The were respectful of us and our property. The job was done sooner than expected, and the finished work more than exceeded our expectations!

I used Premier Exteriors to replace my roof.  James provided a quick and reasonable estimate.  He talked me through all of the work that would be done and the quality of the materials that they would be using.   Following the the install there were a couple of pieces of siding that were missed when putting back the trim work.  James was quick to get this resolved.  I am very happy with the work that they performed.  I would use them again.

We had five bids for our siding job.  The reason we chose Premier Exteriors was their attention to detail.  Of the five bids, Premier Exteriors was the only company that had each section of the house broken down into the amount of material needed along with the associated cost for each section.

The crew worked extremely hard.  After each day on the job, everything was picked up and cleaned up.

Jim presented the option of full siding replacement with James Hardie, HardiePlank fiber cement lap siding. Absolutely the best choice. The project took a bit longer than we had all hoped, but I was really not on any set timeline and I knew that the winter conditions would tend to slow down the project. Jim pulled together the best trim and accent materials that really made the completed project look spectacular. I am very pleased with the outcome. Once again Jim's team put forth a fantastic result.

Jim was great to work with in setting up the initial project design. We came up with the great alternative to the layout of my 17 year old cedar deck. While replacing my deck using the composite materials was much more expensive, I'm very happy Jim presented the option. I would have been disappointed had I decided to go back to the traditional cedar option.

The project commenced in mid-jury and took about 70 days. That may seem like a long time, however, this was a very big project (I have a 2-story walkout) and Jim wanted to b certain it got done correctly. Additionally, weather was a HUGE factor. We had a significant amount of rainfall last summer (for a change) and consequently that led to delays in the project.

Of course the original deck was deteriorating and we discovered, upon demolition, that when the deck was originally built it was attached to my house incorrect (direct through the siding with no flashing). Consequently we discovered a large amount of rot in the plywood and framing under the siding. It was only a matter of time before it would have started showing through the actual siding.

The project completed toward the end of September. The final project was WAY beyond my expectations. From the railing and post lighting to the accent border on the deck floor, everything looked fantastic!

Premier was a life saver to my home. We had a lot of damage to our home because of rain getting behind our wood siding and a leaky window. The Premier team took the time to make sure I didn't see this problem in the future. We replaced the wood siding with James Hardie cement siding and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Bid was accepted and work scheduled, however after beginning the work, it took the company over a month to complete a job that I was told would be done in 3-4 days once permits were granted.  The initial phases were done and then the worker never returned for several weeks without providing any sort of notice.  It took several calls to the companies management before I got response.  Work was eventually done, and the quality was good, that is the only reason I gave them a D overall instead of a F.  If you are expecting prompt, professional service I would no recommend them.
