We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."

They then opened the wall behind their work and discovered black mold from the leak. There was also water damage the flooring and subflooring. The homeowner to contact some companies to get estimates on getting this resolved. Homeowner is disabled and suffering from brain cancer and dementia. After consulting friends in the industry (general contractors and residential insurance) it was decided that handling of this matter should be done by the company who knowingly and admittedly sabotaged the work. This is not acceptable. Reached back out to the company several times and were delayed even further. We are now entering our 6th month of this dispute and have no bathroom to use"
