Just wonderful experience

Larry was very nice, punctual and easy with which to work. He explained in-depth what his test could reveal and talked about each step as he conducted the tests. The first tests results were returned quickly and fully explained. The mold results were not received until I e-mailed Larry 2 weeks later for the results; this situation held up our decisions as how to proceed further. Otherwise we were satisfied with the detailed information which we received.

Larry did an excellent job testing for formaldehyde and explaining the report. My only criticism was his effort to sell me his brand of air purifier which, in fact, does little to reduce formaldehyde levels.

Larry was super nice. In order to do the indoor air quality test, it takes about 2 hours, and to have someone other than Larry in your home for that long may have been very uncomfortable. I was pleased with the wide spectrum of tests that were performed on the home, I was just disappointed to find out that the specific type of mold found and concentrations could not be disclosed for the $400+ test, I am going to have to pay another $120 to find out now what mold I have. It would have been nice to have all my questions answered with one test, rather than adding to the overall bill. In speaking with mold remediation companies, there are Indoor Air Quality tests that can reveal TVOCs and MVOCs and then actually tell you the specific type of mold spores, usually between the $200-$350 range. So, if you think you have mold, just do the mold test for $120, don't bother with the really expensive one.
