Has always gone well, from her first 5 week old visit to her treatments now. She has medical problems that everyone at Hillsdale treats as if she was their own!

The staff at Hillsdale is also very good They require more test, blood work and urine, and fecal samples every time you come. They're more thorough but they're costlier because they want all these things. The only reason I took them there is because I have a cat that I thought was feral and they're part of a group that did neutering of feral cats. They're not my primary go-to. I would go to them but just for certain circumstances.

They are very friendly. They have always offered excellent care. They are very flexible with scheduling. They are very good with animals. They make the animals very comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Kirk is always very patient and interested in my pet's problem. As she examined him she explained to me that we had caught the ear infection early. My dog always feels very calm in the way in which she talks and rubs them. She explained how the new med works and would need to see him in two weeks. I have used this veterinarian office for over 13 years.

I did not like their care. The vet had a bad attitude. I told him I did not understand something and he said, "Well, I explained it to you once.". I thought that was unprofessional. I wanted someone who really cares about the animals and provides great customer service. I would not use them again because I did not like their customer service.

"(deleted member name) cat was last seen at our clinic in 8/2009, so the work completed date is not correct. We have not had any male veterinarians on staff since we opened, so this interaction would not have been at our clinic. I am sorry for her experience, wherever it took place."

Their prices are very expensive. Everyone who I have talked to that has used their care agrees. I took a kitten that I found on the side of the road to Dr. Frazier. I asked her if she could board the cat for two weeks while I found a home. She said she could not and would have to put it to sleep. I was very upset but paid for it anyways. Later, I returned with my dog and Dr. Frazier said that the kitten I brought it was doing great. Dr. Frazier had given the cat to a client. I thought that was unethical because I had already paid for the cat to be put down and she never told me. I thought it was unprofessional how she handled the situation. I was also not pleased with the way they put my dog to sleep. They shoved her in a corner and she looked terrified. Two other people in my neighborhood also stopped using their care.

"(member name removed) was last seen at our clinic in 1/2008, so the work completed date is not correct. We have seen only one dog owned by (member name removed) and that was a male dog, last seen 1/2008 for a torn nail. I have never euthanized any of (member name removed)'s pets. Prior to euthanasia, we always sedate the pet for their comfort and to avoid a situation such as she described for her female dog. I am sorry that her pet had that negative experience, but it clearly did not occur at our clinic. Our records are computerized so that everything is well documented. Our records show that the Feline Leukemia positive kitten was boarded for 17 days. The owner then requested euthanasia by phone, as she could not find her another home. (member name removed) was told that we would find the kitten another home if she relinquished ownership and paid the same fee as she would for the euthanasia requested, as a small contribution to the pet’s care. We found a great new home with another client and updated the owner the next time she was in, as we felt that she would have been happy about the positive outcome for this precious kitten."

We have used Hillsdale for many years as that is where I have always went. Our pet does not mind going there as she seems to like the staff. Their prices are very competitive.

Hillsdale Animal Hospital is very good and kind to my dog. They take extremely good care of my dog and I recommend them to anyone.
