Catalino even returned unused materials back to the retailer and I got almost a $1,000 back from the unused materials. I hired Seth Kolby, owner of KolbyCraft Builders, LLC, to repair portions of my three-rail split rail fence and install new fencing in other areas along with new gates. Seth is an on site, hands on owner who is easy to work with and is true to his word. Seth, Michael Morin and a dedicated crew completed the fencing project on time and on budget. "Hired a professional to install 2 hand rails for my parents. One was installed on the front porch brick steps and one on the back porch brick steps.
