I hired Seth Kolby, owner of KolbyCraft Builders, LLC, to repair portions of my three-rail split rail fence and install new fencing in other areas along with new gates. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I am comfortable with minor wiring projects (hanging a ceiling fan, installing a new light fixture in an existing spot), but new wiring is not something I'm willing to do.  When I removed my old OTR, I realized that the job was beyond me.  I'd used MI in the past, called them up, and got a team out to the house within a few days.  They were in and out quickly, and did the work well.  I will absolutely use them again.  Thanks!

"Imperial Stone is ALL ACES from the beginning when Sam came out to do the quote, to when he came back with additional samples, then invited us to look at other stone at their Monroe shop. They were very patient and calm through the entire process, especially when we were very undecided about which granite to select. Also very patient and professional during the install. Tony also was invaluable when he both did the final measure and install. Tony did a wonderful job at answering all our questions as well as consulting us on ideas to make it a great final product. On the day of install Tony and his brother did an amazing job. Everything was done very gently with calm and patience. We have tile on the walls that we didn't want to redo,. They uninstalled without any damage to any tile or walls! The final product really looks high end and makes the kitchen look new. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is undecided who to go with. (They also were much more competitive $$ wise than Home Depot, Lowes, or some of the other installers). 5 Stars all the way!"
