The owners of the store were very helpful in selecting our flooring. They listened to our needs and suggested flooring products that were the least expensive yet our needs. They two men to install our flooring. Both men were very polite and professional. They showed up on time and worked very hard; they worked throughout the day without a break. The flooring was expertly installed and in a timely fashion. We are completely satisfied with the quality of products and installation.

Patty working in the office is outstanding and great customer focus. She directed us while on a tight time schedule without a hitch. She perceptively selected a carpet model based on two conversations and a small tile sample. It was a perfect match.

Carpet Smart did an outstanding job replacing existing carpet in a loft area with a hardwood floor, matching existing wood floors in the home, and doing an excellent job with the installation itself.

Everything went well.? the estimate was prompt and accurate.? Selection of vinyl was easy.? They even gave me 2 cut out pieces of vinyl to take home to make my final decision.? The installer was prompt, courteous, and neat.? there was one slight hiccup in the replacement of the molding, but it was quickly corrected when noticed. My carpeting had numerous ripples in it from the incorrect initial installation.? They corrected it so well, you'd never know there was ever a problem.

Jon's crew was extremely professional and kind especially with my 1 and 3 year olds running around them. Even 3 years later the floors still look amazing, and the installation is still superb. Thank You Carpet Smart!!!!

Jon assisted us with our re-carpetting project in a home we were preparing for sale. He helped us match the color scheme of carpet with our laminate flooring. He understood our limited budget and provided us with a great deal on some pretty classy carpet. His installers were punctual, pleasant and fast!!!. When we goofed on our floor transitions they came through later with a complementary fix. This is an A+ business operation and we will always use Carpet Smart for our our future projects and recommend this business with confidence.

Jon, the owner of the company, was prompt when he came to do the estimate. He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I had estimates from other companies but Jon made suggestions that would eliminate many of the "have to's " other companies quoted. I can't think of more positive words to describe Jon and his company that haven't already been said. I highly recommend Carpet Smart for the best company for ALL your flooring needs.

We were apprehensive about refinishing/sanding manufactured hardwood floors in this recently purchased home. The floors were in relatively poor condition due to the prior owner's pets (scratches/urine stains). One small section of the floor had lifted from the concrete pad. A high gloss finish highlighted the imperfections.Several contractors advised that they did not want to do the floor or advised that they could only assure modest results and/or appeared only moderately interested in the contract. Carpet Smart advised that the floor could be carefully sanded, removing the old finish and re-stained and refinished. Jonathon assured us that, if were dissatisfied with the results, we could withhold payment. The work was to be completed while we were out of town. We were very impressed and, actually surprised, with the results. It looks like a new floor and was re-stained to our specifications. The work was performed carefully and the home was left quite clean. Some flooring was replaced and was well matched to the existing floor. A satin stain is much more satisfactory than the prior high gloss stain. The price was within the range quoted by others. Jonathon was friendly and easy to work with.

The guy doing the measuring was on time on the date we had set. He called when he was 30 minutes out. The installers showed up at the time and date agreed. They promptly set to work and did not stop until old carpet was out and new pad and carpet was installed to my satisfaction. Great company to work with. Definately would use again.

From beginning to end everything was great. Jon arrived on time for the estimate, workers were professional and did an out standing job.All clean up was performed and our new floors look great.

Both Jon and Valle were very attentive and helpful on the phone in making appointments and scheduling installation. Jon was punctual to both appointments and took time to listen to my questions about the type of carpet I needed for my home which included pets and renters.

Carpet Smart is very professional. We had a little issue with the carpet it seemed like it was too loose and they came back out the next day to fix it. They were great.
