I asked him to view the project and give us an estimate. He was very quick with his estimate and made us aware of work that needed to be done in the adjacent room because of the deteriorated floor. He didn’t Pressure us or anything about the extra work, he just made us aware of the condition with a description and pictures. It was our decision to go ahead with The additional work. The estimate came in at a reasonable price. He was at the job site at the time he said and completed the job quickly. He was knowledgeable About flooring and the type that should be used.
