"Cory and his team are very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and thermostats. They arrived promptly, explained what they were going to do and wore shoe covers to help with tracking mess into house. We are a no shoes household so this is appreciated. We recently had a new HVAC system installed and the company that did it wired our new Glaz thermostat incorrectly and they noticed this and fixed the issue. They did an amazing job cleaning the ducts and the house smells 100% better than before we had it cleaned. "Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer."
