"Dillon and his crew are friendly, hard working and professional. They were on time each day, finished the job when estimated, and my floors were beautifully restored for a fair price."

"Penny and her crew came into our home to do a deep cleaning. They did everything from the ceilings to the floors. My home has not been  cleaner since before we moved in. They cleaned all the windows on the inside, dusted blinds, furniture and ceiling fans. Cleaned inside of our oven and even pulled it out from the wall to clean behind it and down the side walls. They got all of our baseboards, cabinets, doors and trim. I am very impressed with their services and look forward to her team coming back to clean our home every 2 weeks. I recommend Harris Cleaning highly."

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Like any other type of flooring, you will need to keep up with regular maintenance on your epoxy floors to keep them in the best shape possible; however, it is not like hardwood floors inside a house, which require special care and more consistent maintenance.

Just make sure you use the right cleaning tools and solutions. Avoid using harsh tools like scrub brushes or hard-bristled brooms. You should also skip cleaners that are highly acidic, including white vinegar.

To maintain tile and grout, clean the surfaces regularly with mild, non-abrasive cleaners and wipe up spills promptly to prevent buildup. It is also important to reseal the grout every 1-2 years to maintain its durability.

Floor polishing isn’t technically necessary, but it will help your floors last longer and hold up better to scratches. Floor polish is a thin coating that fills in small abrasions on your floor and makes them less visible, and it can act as a protective covering that prevents future damage to the floor underneath. Floor polish helps protect against water and moisture, so it’s a great service if you want to extend the lifespan of your floors. Additionally, polish makes your floors shine, making your home look cleaner and more inviting.

Yes, but with caution. A floor grinder is intended to level and polish concrete, so it is a very powerful tool. To remove paint, the floor grinder should be set to 35 square feet per minute or less to minimize the pressure without the use of pocket weights. You might need to go over the surface two times to get any paint that has sunk into the concrete’s pores.

Sweep daily, use appropriate cleaners, and avoid abrasive tools to maintain the shine.
