Disorganized. Did not bring or have all necessary tools. Had to go back home and get them. Took way longer to fix a seam in carpet. Our original estimate to repair the seam doubled.

"The description the customer gave was not accurate and needed a special tool that I did not know I would need by the customer's description. I guess I should of cancelled the repair after it wasn't as described., instead of going outta my way and still making sure it got done that day. And yes twice the labor is gonna change the price of the bill. Which this customer approved before the repair was even done."

Alan and Melissa did a fantastic job! We had them replace the carpet in our basement with LVT flooring and loved it so much we had them come back to replace the carpet on our top floor. Great communication, on time, and excellent work!

This company was awesome! They were kind, professional and totally prepared to do the job! They came to tuck my carpet back in after a new hardwood floor was installed. Now when I want to replace the carpets in my house, I will call them for sure to do this job!!!! Thank you PriceRight/Get Floored !!!!
