"Randy responded vey quickly to my need to have a stump removed from my yard. Surprisingly, he pulled the utility permits and had markings done leading to where the stump needed to be removed. This significantly expedited his service as it was almost immediately preformed. Usually this is something homeowners have to do themselves with 811 utility companies and the process is SLOW! He stayed in contact with me to inform of the date & time the work would be completed, provided a reasonable estimate, walked me through the process and followed up a few day later to make sure I was satisfied. Great fast work and a guy with an affable personality and high quality service. If you need stump removal and grinding this is the go to person!"

"They showed up on time, pruned three trees, removed two HUGE, sweet gum trees, hauled everything away and ground out those stumps PLUS three stumps from the HORRIBLE Bradford Pears another company had removed. (I didn't know that once cut down, certain trees resprout along the trunk and roots) and did it all for about $5k!! One of the sweet gum trees was about 75 feet tall and close to four feet in diameter!!"

He took great care to show me how the trees would be pruned to best be improved and be in better shape to grow in the future. My trees look fantastic! I think the job improved the value of my home more than the cost of the job. He said my yard would look just like it did before they started--but it looked better because they cleaned up everything and hauled off all the debris. He did a job just down the road from my house. I had noticed for a long time that this business was practically hidden by all the trees. After Piedmont got through, the trees looked great and you could actually tell there was an office there. I would highly recommend Piedmont Tree Experts and would use them again the next time I need tree work."
