"Although they had to unexpectedly reschedule our agreed upon service date, the company compensated me for this with a 10 percent discount (which I greatly appreciated). They were on time and completed the job thoroughly."

"Working with Tracie to schedule a consult was good. She is very nice and professional. Clive is also very nice and professional and arrived on time to meet with us. He is very knowledgeable in hardscape design. He was very patient with us and offered a ton of ideas to consider. The only downside is the quote we received from Outdoor Artisan was double in comparison to all other quotes we received from other Angies List companies. We've decided to work with a company that is more in line with our budget."

"The service was punctual and professional. The guys were very friendly and I couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely use them again!"

"Scheduling and service were excellent. Stretched my buckled Berber beautifully and got up carpet stains that I didn’t think would come out. Gave extra care for a wool rug that needed detailed cleaning. I am very pleased. Would definitely recommend Tony and All Points Capet care."

"Great experience, the company showed up on time. Gave excellent customer service, friendly and professional. They made my job easy by providing a well serviced operation, would recommend for anyone looking for an affordablerate rate with quality service."
