"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Hired Painting and Moore in December 2022 to paint the interior of our home and kitchen cabinets. With that being said, we flushed down the toilet $7,500.00. We hired them because of their reviews on Angie’s list. Huge mistake. The workers finished the job leaving behind destruction: paint on the floors, carpets, closet shelves, doorknobs, dent in the kitchen sink, dirty bathtubs, they broke off water shut off valve in the master bathroom. We paid them despite the work not being fully completed to our satisfaction. We were told that they will return and take care of all the touch ups needed. It took two months for someone to show up to do the touch ups. He left big smudges on the kitchen ceiling and the cabinets they painted. The paint on the ceiling above the kitchen cabinets started to peel off. The paint on the kitchen cabinets is not uniformed and peeling off as well. Long story short we ended up hiring another paining company to get the work completed the right way and now we need to hire someone else to fix the kitchen cabinets if they can be saved."

"My contact started out great with SouthEnd Painting. Chris came over and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work I needed done, answered my questions when I called him, and gave me a rough estimate on how long it would take to complete the job. It took me a couple of weeks (on my end) to reach out and schedule the job. After it was scheduled it went down hill from there. The crew showed up late the first day, I saw and spoke to the head of the crew on the first and last day otherwise his crew showed up On time (they were nice) over the course of the next 4 days, I had to explain every day what needed be done and sometime it was hard communicating with crew, they painted windows and then shut them instead of letting them dry, they just painted over nail pops( instead of sanding them first), let paint drips stay on the wall, etc. It also took them longer than expected to paint 1200 sq. Ft. For the money I paid I felt like I shouldn’t have to follow the crew from room- to room checking everything all day long. I’m still finding things that I need to fix from them being here such as paint on my door trim because it was not taped off properly. I would not recommend SouthEnd Painiting"
