"The salesman, Seth Brown, took his time explaining everything to us. Continually answered the many questions we had - some questions multiple times. He walked us through everything that would be done. He showed us multiple options which could work and how we could do the work in stages. He helped us prioritize what should be done first, second and so on. When it came to financing - letâ s face it - these repairs are not inexpensive - he helped us with the ins and outs of the financing getting us the best deal possible. The warranty offered transferred to the new owners when we eventually sold our home. I would use Tarheel Basement again without any hesitation. A good quality company with integrity - something thatâ s hard to find in todayâ s environment."

"I called them and told them what I wanted and she seemed to understand. They sent someone out and he got under the house. I could here him under there. He was up under there for a while and he fixed my duct work. That was that. I had some duct work that had fallen in my crawl space and they attached it back to the register. He was wonderful. He was very nice and professional. I did think the price was a little high. In the fall they will be coming to service me again. Everybody in the office was very nice. I was impressed with them and they did not try to push anything on me. I would use them again."

"We could not be more pleased with the results. Had the work done in between Thanksgiving and Christmas and had a family funeral which did cause some delays. The delays were with the subcontractors and not House Pro people. Greg, Jonathon, Rob and Pat were easy to work with and very knowledgeable and reliable. They helped us with the overall layout and made some very helpful recommendations. The quality of their work is exceptional and when we found minor issues they were very quick to correct them. Jonathon was always accessible to answer any questions and very quick to respond. The final cost (less upgrades we made) was right on plan and we had no surprises. Would definitely hire them again."

Read reviews to supplement any word-of-mouth recommendations. Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
