"G & E Plumbing was an absolute lifesaver. Our previous plumber left the job in terrible shape, with a mountain of work left to do and plenty that had to be redone. Gerardo, the owner, came out and did the work himself. He rectified problem after problem, from toilet flanges to two improvised P-traps with AAV vents under sinks caused by rough-in installed in the wrong place. His problem-solving got us to code and through inspection on the first pass. His communication is excellent. He shows up on time and works fast. This is the guy you want on speed dial, whether it's an emergency repair or rough-in and finish trim done properly. No cutting corners. I know this because he came in specifically to fix the work of someone who did. He caught issues I had no idea about, and he knows the code inside and out. He's friendly, kind, and he'll travel. We're in Asheville, NC (Buncombe County). Best plumbing experience I've ever had, hands down. Gerardo and G & E will be our plumbers for life."

"A representative for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Kernersville called me around 10:00 am and indicated he had a plumber in the area who would be able to come to my home within 1 1/2 hours. I had a 36 year old natural gas hot water heater that had begun to leak. I knew it needed to be replaced, and an expansion tank needed to be installed. Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options. I asked when he could get to the job and he indicated he could do the job that afternoon, he just needed to go get the materials. The installation was quick and done very well. The original flue and gas lines were used, and new inlet and outlet pipes were installed. The job was completed and Sebastian was leaving my property by 3:30 PM."

"Tarheel Basement Systems is the reason my 125 year old house is standing. When I bought the house a few years ago, they did an excellent job making my house structurally sound with metal beams and jacks. They showed up on time and worked diligently in a tiny space. They did a great job back then and every year they come back and check over all the work, tightening things up, and checking for any issues. Our yearly inspection was last week and I am so grateful that they wiggle through the crawlspace each year. This year, Eric found an electrical wire that was sparking against the wooden subfloor of my house! A mouse had chewed away some of the wire insulation. He notified me and I was able to get the issue fixed quickly. The location of the wire was hidden in a small corner behind some plumbing, the electrician was amazed it was noticed, and I am very thankful that I found out before we had a house fire. Over the years I have been extremely impressed by their consistently excellent work. Extraordinary people doing amazing work!"

He completed the work and came back by to fix a leaking hose. Chris replaced the hose immediately. He is an entrepreneur who has kept his word after he getting paid.
