When it came to financing - letâ s face it - these repairs are not inexpensive - he helped us with the ins and outs of the financing getting us the best deal possible. The warranty offered transferred to the new owners when we eventually sold our home. I would use Tarheel Basement again without any hesitation. "I called them and told them what I wanted and she seemed to understand. They sent someone out and he got under the house. I could here him under there. He was up under there for a while and he fixed my duct work. That was that. I had some duct work that had fallen in my crawl space and they attached it back to the register. He was wonderful. He was very nice and professional. I did think the price was a little high. In the fall they will be coming to service me again. Everybody in the office was very nice. I was impressed with them and they did not try to push anything on me. I would use them again."
