Mike came to look at our attic, took some photos, assessed our situation and needs, sat down with us and made a detailed proposal. We were very happy with the plan and he scheduled the work on the spot. The first part of the job was done on schedule. The second part WE had to delay to finish some electrical work in the attic. As soon as we were done they came to insulate before a very cold night. It doesn't get any better than that.

The assigned crew chief showed up... without a crew. I asked him where his two helpers were. (I had been told be the estimator that the crew chief would be on the job with two helpers.) The crew chief said something to the effect that sometimes they just don't show up. The crew chief did an AOK job by himself in three hours for my 1,000 s.f. job. I suppose he could have done a bit more of floor clean up, but the insulation installation was good

Crew showed up on time, had the right materials and expeditiously installed it. We considered having netting put up to improve the appearance, but the crew worked hard putting up stabilization wire supports. This improved the appearance and made an excellent finish.

The owners are very knowledgeable about the work they perform. He explained everything he would be doing in a way I understood. His wife runs the office and is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The three guys that came out were also very friendly and came to do business. Once the job was completed, they wanted me to see what they'd done. I climbed the ladder and was amazed at how good it looked. I could tell some difference in my house soon after they left and I could definitely tell the difference when I came in that evening. They also were able to work me in earlier than first scheduled and that was a blessing! They got it done when it turned bitter cold! My house is toasty and warm! THANK YOU, MIKE AND CREW, FOR GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT! YOU COME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IN MY BOOK!
