"Clearly Leveled Up was great. They arrived on time and started working right away. The workers, Mike and BJ were very professional. They were courteous and very easy to converse with. They did exactly what we asked for and we love it !!! Wish we could have sent the photos of the work but the system keeps telling us the file was too large."

"Ask for Jon!!! Jon has definitely gone above and beyond in every aspect from driving an hour away same day, to inspecting and cleaning and fixing my propane fireplace in almost 1 hour. Along with this long strenuous process of trying to search and call for a company who would schedule and quote and being told I would have to pay $100+ just for coming out. Fairway plumbing i high recommend for great service at a low price. Jon was there to save the day. I know some stuff wasnâ t in his job description. He answered every question. Even the dumb ones. I was very blessed that Jon worked on my fireplace as if it was his own, and even walked my Wife and I on the process of using it. Jon if you are reading this. Thank you again!!!"

Excavating questions, answered by experts

A mini excavator can dig between 5 and 11 feet deep, depending on the type and size of the mini excavator. Mini hydraulic excavators are more powerful and can reach deeper into the earth, but electric models have a more limited range. Mini excavators over two tons in size are also more powerful and able to dig as deep as 11 feet.

Underground downspouts refer to the sections of downspout extensions that lead away from your home and gutter system. While they cost more than traditional extensions, they can provide several benefits, such as less frequent damage and no need to move them for lawn care tasks. Whether they're worth it or not depends on your budget at installation time and how much convenience they'll add to your situation.

If you have a broken sprinkler pipe underground, there will be some signs you can easily spot to locate it and take action. These include leaks, water spouts, flooding, consistently damp areas on your lawn, low water pressure, and grass around the sprinkler head that’s taller and darker than anywhere else in the yard.

If there are no obvious signs of a broken pipe, you can use tools such as water leak mics, leak noise loggers, audio devices that record leaks, and acoustic testing links.

Broken pipes can lead to uneven watering, plant damage, and higher utility bills. The longer you wait to fix them the more the repair cost may be.

The physical constraints of hand-drilling a well limit the depth you can achieve. Manually digging with picks and shovels may only lead to shallow wells of up to 60 feet in depth. To reach greater depths, you need more specialized equipment. The diameter of your well and the tools you’re using will determine how far down you can dig.

Digging a well can cost between $20 and $25,000, depending on your needs. If you’re looking to dig a well yourself, all you need is a shovel. If you’re looking to have a well drilled by a professional, you can expect to pay around $15 to $30 per foot. The total cost of drilling a well will average to $5,500.
